Rainbow Realty NW

Katie was outstanding from beginning to end. Not just the sale with but the advice on timing, negotiating and all the incidentals involved in a complex buy/sell from New York. I would highly recommend her, and after having dealt professionally with the real estate industry in New York for decades I can say she is a standout.

Working with Katie was absolutely perfect! She was so accommodating for us and was always available. Coming from out of state and working with my own hectic schedule I was super apprehensive about anyone I spoke to. However, Katie made me feel so at ease, giving all the details when viewing homes on our behalf. Shes knowledgeable about the homes and the small details that I never would have thought about before. We bought our home site-unseen and I'm absolutely in love with it. Katie is the best and I 100% recommend her, especially if youre coming from out of state.

Katie did an outstanding job getting us our current house. She helped us through the whole process, as far as getting us a sweet deal. It wasnt easy but she worked her magic.

Katie was the first realtor we met with and we knew from our first meeting we wanted to work with her! She never pressured us into buying a home, and always made sure we went in eyes wide open with some things we might need to pay attention to for a specific house. When we ultimately found the one she helped us navigate the entire process, including knowing exactly what our offer should be to what we should expect for escrow, taxes, etc. I have friends who have worked with other realtors in the area and they did not have similar experiences with theirs, so highly recommend Katie!

Katie has been amazing with helping us with our home selling process and has always had all the answers weve needed throughout the last couple years. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure the process in selling our home has gone as smoothly as possible. Shes AMAZING!
