She is a no stress approach and when I was getting overwhelmed, she would show me maps of areas that she thought would be good for us and encouraged me to look at one neighborhood at a time. She would send me a list of houses that fit our parameter and then my husband and I would drive around and look at all the houses from the outside. What were the neighbors houses like, was it on a busy street etc. Once we whittled down the list, Katie would set up appointments and we would crank them out in a day. Katie always re-focused my desires to "gut" houses, bringing me back to the reality of our budget. She is honest, trustworthy, non-judgmental and kind.
