When I first called due to the business' extraordinary reviews, I was greeted by Rachael on what I recall was the first or second dial tone. Her tone and attitude towards the potential of having my business was extremely reassuring. She listened intently to my goals and exemplified genuine care to trying to make them happen for me. She put me in touch with Buyer Specialists A ime and Seth who were absolutely incredible to work with. Working in an enterprise sales setting myself, I have very high standards regarding promptness and knowledgeability. These guys redefined my expectations with some of the best service and buyer education I've ever received. Because of their industry knowledge we were able to take a very tactful approach to maximize the amount off of list price. Once we finally were under contract, A ime worked with extreme agency to help line up inspections both general and very niche based on the home's potential concerns. Mind you, I was not in Arizona for most of this process and the amount of communication and documentation gave me so much peace of mind. The service did not end at close! The team has made it clear that they are not going anywhere and have provided a lot of information to start tackling the next processes including renovation.
