I can't say enough good things about Jeff Strand! Just a month ago we started thinking about buying but were terrified by the chaotic Seattle market and didn't have a clue what we were doing. Enter Jeff.From the very beginning, he took the time to explain things clearly, always patient with our naivety. He listened to us, actually listened. He was professional and friendly all at once and we were immediately comfortable trusting him through this crazy process.He never pressured us, but was clear about the market and made sure our expectations were realistic. He advocated for us at every step and was an excellent negotiator. His communication skills were impeccable and we felt like we were his only client - he made us feel so important! Perhaps best of all, there is not a trace of ego. In a business filled with posturing, Jeff is a breath of fresh air.From the day we first talked until the day we closed Jeff was available, friendly, professional and ON TOP OF THINGS. Thanks to Jeff we went from casually looking to moving into our dream house - in less than a month! We are only sad that closing on our house means that we won't see Jeff so much.
