My husband and I were super excited to begin looking for a home in Avalon, NJ. We did not know much about the town and had LOTS of questions. Joe Butler not only answered all of our questions, but also calmed any worries we may have had about being new comers in this very cool, small town. He put us in touch with a number of great contractors, recommended every restaurant on the island and offered to teach our son how to surf! (My son can't wait). Our closing took about 1/2 hour with no issues and Joe's stopped by our new house minutes later with a new set of keys, a lovely gift and to remind us to use him as a contact person for anything we may need in the future. Joe's extensive knowledge about NJ shore towns comes from spending his whole life here. His love for this area and the people who live here is infectious! My husband and I already feel connected to a town we hardly know and we owe that to Joe. Of course I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to buy a home in Avalon, NJ.
