Great guy I appreciate the time he took to make sure all issues with the home were addressed. He actually paid some half of fee to make sure we stayed on schedule for closing. Also assited with an hvac issue during the walk through. He definitely did more than expected to help my family secure our first home. I couldn't have had a better home buying experience. Mr. Ruocco was always honest about the pros and cons of the homes we viewed and helped us weigh our options when making our selection, submitting an offer, and negotiating after the home inspection. As a result of the home inspection report, Mr.Ruocco managed to negotiate my closing costs down about $5000. He also went above and beyond at the closing by finishing his paperwork early and rushing to our new home to get the utilities turned on while I finished the closing process at a mortgage office. When I decide to buy another property in the future I plan on reaching out Mr. Ruocco.

A few things had to be fixed in my home prior to the closing date, Joe worked with me to take care of all the issues. He constantly checked on my home as it was vacant even though I was in contract with the new buyers. He is the best and I highly recommend him.
