Ardit helped us buy our home at 3023 Ashland and then sell the same home 2 years later as we were relocating for work. He was great to work with on both sides of the transaction. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Chicago market and was able to articulate easily articulate the sales strategy for our home. Besides the outstanding real estate knowledge, Ardit is extremely personable & responsive which made the selling process really enjoyable.

Ardit was a fantastic resource throughout my entire home search. Using his market knowledge, he guided me to the perfect condo that checked all of my boxes. Id highly recommend him and Bobby to help you find your next home!

Ardit always went above and beyond by being very proactive and available to go see couple of condos every weekend. Additionally, his experience was very helpful to immediately detect when something was not very good quality or any other deficiencies at the places we were looking.

Ardit is literally the best real estate professional in Chicago, I worked with him briefly years ago and when it came time for me to actually buy a property I called him up immediately. Ardit knows everything and everyone, for a first time buyer like myself he made the process effortless and accessible. Can't recommend Ardit enough!!

Ardit was amazing in helping me find an apartment in downtown Chicago! His knowledge of the area, expertise in negotiation, and responsiveness were extremely helpful and built more trust with him.
