ZillowVERIFIEDArdit always went above and beyond by being very proactive and available to go see couple of condos every weekend. Additionally, his experience was very helpful to immediately detect when something was not very good quality or any other deficiencies at the places we were looking.

ZillowVERIFIED Ardit helped us buy our home at 3023 Ashland and then sell the same home 2 years later as we were relocating for work. He was great to work with on both sides of the transaction. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Chicago market and was able to articulate easily articulate the sales strategy for our home. Besides the outstanding real estate knowledge, Ardit is extremely personable & responsive which made the selling process really enjoyable.

ZillowVERIFIED In my opinion, it is harder to sell a home than purchase one. We had a very unique property to sell and Ardit was continuously coming up with clever ideas, had clear and frequent communication and feedback, superb marketing, and last but not least sold our home quickly (after one weekend!). I would have no-hesitation recommending Ardit; he is passionate about all things real-estate and it shows.

ZillowVERIFIED Ardit did a fantastic job driving all aspects of the sales process. His market knowledge, passion, communication skills, responsiveness and organization skills were top notch. Perhaps most impactful was his willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues that arose prior to closing. I highly recommend Ardit to anyone looking for a highly competent and effective real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Ardit and Bobby are an amazing team! We couldn't ask for better realtors. They know the area like the back of their hands, know just the right questions to ask, and helped us out at every step of the way. They are a wealth of helpful information, extremely responsive, and remarkably kind as well. They also have a great knowledge of local contractors. We purchased our current unit with their assistance, and then asked them to help sell our old unitaEUR"and it flew off the market. They kept us well informed about showings and potential buyer feedback; and when we were buying they were quick to inform us about new properties that they thought fit our needs. We don't plan to move again for a long time, but if we did, we would call up Ardit and Bobby immediately.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our third home purchase and by far the easiest so far! Ardit knows the ins, outs, and gotchas of the Chicago market like the back of his hand, and that matters. He is also well versed on the particulars of every neighborhood we considered. He went above and beyond to make our transition as seamless as possible. I would definitely go to Ardit if we were to buy or sell again.

ZillowVERIFIED Ardit is exactly the person you want guiding you through your real estate experience. He's on top of things and detail oriented, kind, and trustworthy. I interviewed several agents that were recommended to me before I selected him and after working with him through an exhaustive (several month) search and several offers, I couldn't be happier! I don't recommend many people, but I will rave about Ardit to everyone I know and will work with him exclusively in the future. After working with him for so long, he completely earned my confidence.

We saw the house on a Friday and he had the paperwork ready to put in an offer within an hour and a contract ready to be signed by the end of the night. He is super organized and very responsive. Any time we needed something changed, day or night, he was able to send us updated documents within minutes.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Ardit and the team as many times as I can. They are professional, intelligent, kind, and communicate very well! From the beginning, he shared the process that would be used and gave incredibly helpful insights and advice every step of the way. He made me feel like our property was the only one that he was working on. We got a call every week and a text/call with important updates as soon as they happened. Thank you Ardit and team!

ZillowVERIFIED Ardit is the absolute best! He clearly understood what we were looking for and sent us listings that were a good match for us. His understanding of our needs was so good that we found the condo we ultimately bought after only one day of showings. His help was crucial in making an offer, in negotiating the price, and especially in navigating the inspection and communicating with the seller's agent. His help in figuring out how much needed repairs would cost went above and beyond. I would definitely work with him again, and I give him my highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Ardit and his partner Bobby did a great job selling my parents home. We had a big job ahead of us - to clean it out from the last 60 years of inhabitance as well as preparing it for sale. Ardit gave us specific areas within the home that we could "touch up" that would make the home more appealing. They were available for questions and advice whenever we needed it

When we moved to Chicago we didn't know where we wanted to live and he was knowledgeable and eager to show us around the city. He's friendly, professional, and super responsive. He connected us to other great professionals in his network along the way, making the process go smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Ardit was the absolute best agent we have ever worked with. He was insanely responsive...which is saying something with our chaotic schedules. He was really patient with us and allowed us to cast a wide net on the first trip...then helped us get more narrow, and more narrow, trip after trip until we found our new home! And he stuck with us all the way through closing, literally was shoulder to shoulder with us. AND still checks in on us, even after the deal is done. 10 out of 10, recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Ardit is always available, quick to respond, and goes above and beyond. All of our interactions with Ardit were smooth, and he was able to resolve any issues quickly. He worked well with the sellers' agent, our attorney, and the lender to make sure everything was in place for a problem-free closing. He even went out of his way to help us find a parking spot to purchase in a building with very limited availability. I would recommend Ardit.

He expertly made an offer on our behalf and within just a couple of weeks of starting our search, we were contingent! Every step of the way, regardless of how many questions I had regarding the process, Ardit was helpful, informative, reassuring, confident. ZillowVERIFIED Ardit was very helpful! After a long day of looking at open houses on our own, he was the only agent who asked us how our hunt was going, and if we needed an agent. So, we went with him and glad we did! He helped us get a great deal on a great home with a very smooth closing. He was always quick to answer our messages. Would definitely recommend him.
