Irene is a true professional in all aspects! Highly recommend her! She has a very calming demeanor which is very helpful as selling a house can be very stressful. She was very responsive. Any time I called or texted her with questions, she got right back to me. She is very knowledgeable and seeks to educate her buyers and sellers as to the process and options available.

Irene advised my brothers and me when we sold our mothers historic Victorian house. She helped with every aspect of the process, from price-setting, to clean-up and prep, listing, staging, negotiations, fire department inspection, removal of a disused oil tank, and closing aEUR" we felt in very good hands. Irene took care to consider how best to market our historic house, making use of her deep knowledge of the local real estate environment and her sensitivity to our concerns that the home be preserved. She is knowledgeable, calm, strategic, trustworthy, and good-humored and made every effort to identify the right buyers for our home. Irene responds quickly to queries and has contacts in the area to deal with any issue that may come up. You wont regret hiring her as your agent.

We just sold our house after 42 years. We wanted an experienced pro and we found one in Irene. She helped us with every detail, even providing movers and other outlets that would take our excess furniture and other household items. Irene understands that selling your house involves a lot more than the aEUR~deal. Marketing your home becomes a challenge, especially in an environment where builders and other investors aEUR~are flipping houses to prospective buyers. Maybe, you fit that profile but most sellers probably do not. It is comforting to have a person like Irene who understands how to position your property in all environments.

Robert Galvan was the listing real estate agent for my condominium and not only was he was a pleasure to work with, he sold my property so quickly! From the moment I had contacted Robert, he kept great communication with me about every detail during the entire selling process, always keeping me informed and offering valuable guidance, and was easily accessible to talk or text whenever I reached out to him. Robert is knowledgeable, professional, and so very helpful - he even arranged the removal services that I needed. Due to Robert's hard work and expertise, we received 7 offers (a few above asking price) and closed within 30 days. I highly recommend Robert to anyone looking to sell their home and am so happy I chose him as my agent!
