Not only was it emotionally difficult, but neither my brother nor I lived physically close to the house. Additionally, my job did allow me to take off many days from work. Irene was always available to answer questions or provide moral support. At one point, we put our home on the market and had to pull it off market a few weeks later and Irene was gracious and professional in dealing with the specifics of that. When the right time came, Irene helped us price the home perfectly and it sold in less than one week. ZillowVERIFIED We listed our house in Ridgewood, NJ with Irene after the conclusion of an unsuccessful prior listing with another brokerage. The interior of the house had been completely painted and the hardwood floors were refinished but the house was mostly empty and almost devoid of furniture and furnishings. Irene recommended a stager who also provided furniture. After receiving no concrete offers during the previous listing period, we received an offer within two months of listing with Irene, which was negotiated and the sale eventually consummated. Irene was present at the time of her professional photographer's visit to photograph the house, each of our open houses, the buyers home' inspection and final pre-closing walkthrough. She also went to and worked with the town's building department when we needed proof that prior building permits had been closed out and work on the house had passed inspection. She also went to the Fire Department for us to schedule a smoke detector inspection. We would recommend Irene without reservations.
