It takes a lot of skill to find a house in hot RE market. It's useless to have someone who just reads the MLS and shows you what's available; anyone with an internet connection can do that. What you need for a buyer's agent is someone with deep connections to builders and developers, as well as a long-term history in the area. In a sellers' market, a good agent makes all the difference, especially when you are moving in from out of town. I'm so thankful for Raniel's support in helping us find our home in Hayden.
