As first time home buyers (operating out of WA with only a handful of visits to ID), we were nervous, but Raniel kept us grounded and quelled our fears as they arose. He is super well connected in the community & well liked by many businesses and folks in northern ID which was helpful in figuring out which third parties to work with throughout the process (lenders, title companies, negotiating with the seller's agent, etc.). It's useless to have someone who just reads the MLS and shows you what's available; anyone with an internet connection can do that. What you need for a buyer's agent is someone with deep connections to builders and developers, as well as a long-term history in the area. In a sellers' market, a good agent makes all the difference, especially when you are moving in from out of town. I'm so thankful for Raniel's support in helping us find our home in Hayden.
