We recently sold our house with Cari Shumaker from Real Estate by TLC. Before selling we made several repairs to the home. We had both Cari and Shannan Laudet walk through the house prior to repairs. They gave us insight on what repairs would give us the best return on investment. They quickly eliminated things we thought were necessary and helped us identify other problems that as owners we just didn't see anymore, real eyesores. Their expertise saved us thousands and gave us clear goals to accomplish. They both checked in several times throughout the months it took to do the repairs and gave helpful tips along the way. We were impressed when the inspections came that there weren't any issues that had not been addressed by both Shannan and Cari. When we were ready to put the house on the market Cari was Amazing! She was absolutely vigilant in getting our house sold! She worked tirelessly to keep our house at the top of the market. It seemed like every forum you could think of was used to showcase and highlight our home. The photographer they used took phenomenal pictures! The stager they recommended did a wonderful job! The home was just beautiful! Each open house was well advertised and very well attended. Cari made personal calls and sent emails to so many realtors to keep their buyers apprised to the progress of the house.When in negotiations with the potential buyers and in the resulting sale of the house Cari was very professional and her experience was showcased. It seemed she always knew what the next best step was (not only in negotiations, but throughout the whole process). She was always diligent to understand exactly what we wanted to do before communicating those intentions with the buyers. She negotiated very well. We don't think we could have done any better on the sale.We were so impressed with Cari and all of TLC! Thank you Cari, Shannan, and TLC for making this process so much easier. We will be recommending yall to everyone we know!
