My husband and I have known Jeremy for many years but hadn't had the pleasure of working with him in Real Estate until recently. Jeremy helped us sell our Multi-Family home in a tough area. Jeremy was phenomenal to work with. He was recommended by my insurance agent. I did interview other realtors first, and had no idea there were much differences between realtors until I met Jeremy. He literally came up with more info, more idea, better ideas, and had a much better local knowledge of sales than any of the other realtors I met. He was able to get me a number I was pleased with (which was also higher than others had quoted me). As I was going through the process I had some personal problems develop, and he was able to re-arrange my entire deal to help me solve my issues. He was honest (even if he had to give me bad news), and he was incredibly accessible, answering my calls or getting back to me within minutes. I highly recommend him.
