Louis sold us this property in 2011. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He kept us informed about everything that was going on. When we decided to sell our property in 2022 he was the one we contacted. This time he was awesome! He made sure that we understood the whole process of buying in 2011 and selling in 2022. He was available to us 24/7. He had professional photos made of our cabin which were outstanding. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a home or sell a home.

We searched for property for several months with no luck until we met Louis. At that point, we found and eliminated undesirable land through Louis's superior knowledge of the area. Until we found the property we were looking for. He has all the documents, surveys, or other listed paperwork to quickly sift through the process. And he works more that we do. We had a property listed at 5:30 on a Saturday, investigated, and under contract by that afternoon. This is paramount in the gatlinburg area because the best lots only last hours.Without Louis, we may have made bad decisions. With him, we have a dream lot.

There are not enough good adjectives, that describe the service Louis Josey provided. Above and beyond doesnt cover it. He has integrity, great communication skills, robust knowledge of the area and market conditions. Such an asset. Such a pro! We traveled far to look at properties, he showed us at least 10 properties. We we snowed in got stuck, he came in storm to get us out. Dedicated 4 full days to us!
