Jeff is an excellent person to have on your side in the crazy world of real estate, most assuredly in SW Ohio and specifically in the Mason, Ohio, and the Deerfield Twp area. Jeff contacted me right away while I was looking at a few different properties on Zillow.com. I shot him an email to contact me at his earliest convenience, and as it happened, he called me within 5 minutes of my online request; Simply amazing! He knows his stuff. He will not BS you, whereas he knows the importance of his reputation in this environment, where a bad review or a hateful comment could literally be a career-ender! He reached out to me by phone, email, and text within a few minutes. Now this may not ALWAYS happen, but it did for me, and I was impressed! On top of these great aspects that drive his desire for excellence in the real estate market, this gentleman can FISH!! Ask him about some of his significant achievements in the world of Professional Bass Fishing! The guy knows what he is doing! Overall, if you are looking to buy or sell, or sell then buy, Jeff should be your go-to guy! You will NOT be sad or sorry you did. On the contrary, you will be super happy you did so, as I did. Respectfully submitted, TGK

It was great working with Tyler on this purchase. He is very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. We were able to identify the best home available. The closing went smoothly and was completed before the holidays so we were able to enjoy the home.

Tyler was an excellent partner! He helped us buy and did a great job negotiating! He is very fast at responding and gave us good advice. He now inspects our house during the summer months when we are gone. I highly recommend him.

Buying a home from out of state can be stressful, but working with Tyler Amato made the entire process smooth and worry-free. His local knowledge is outstandingaEUR"he really knows the area inside and out, which gave us complete confidence in our decisions. What we appreciated most was his easygoing, zero-pressure approach. He never made us feel rushed or pushed into anything. Beyond that, Tyler continuously went above and beyond for us, handling extra details locally that we couldn't manage from a distance. If you need a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful real estate professionalaEUR"especially if you're buying long-distanceaEUR"we can't recommend Tyler highly enough!

Nikita was fantastic!. great on all facets ... Communication, reliability, work ethic, motivation, personality. knowledgeable, network. My Partner and I did not know Nikita prior to this transaction so we were extremely pleased. the house was a fix and flip type so it was a challenging sale in a slow market. she had to work hard in finding qualified buyers. this is also a small market area so adding difficulties to the process.
