We texted often on a Monday, I explained and provided examples of what I was looking for......I have never heard from her again....guess she doesn't need a client....I would not recommend her or by extension her agency.

ZillowVERIFIED I was contacted on Tues. May 19th by Rollin and given an appointment time of 4PM on May 20th to view a property. I showed up at 4PM promptly and there was no agent at the property. I called Rollin and was given a lot of runaround answers, missed calls and excuses. 40 minutes later he finally called me back with yet more excuses. I did NOT get to view the property and wasted mine and my husbands time. Very unprofessional experience. So disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED In doing an online search for a realtor to sell a home that was in an estate Team Gosney came out at the top of several online realtor search services. Additionally, it was learned that Rollin sold a home also in an estate sale for a family acquaintance in two days. From the beginning Rollin promised to "market" the home, not just list it. He thoroughly explained his marketing methods and how he presents the property to a data base of potential buyers. In a six week period he generated 26 showings and provided immediate feedback that comes to your phone through an online AP. As we went through the feedback generated by the showings Rollin insisted he could sell the home "as is" and he did for 97.5% of the listing price. Team Gosney performed exactly how promised. Anyone needing to sell a home will enjoy working with Rollin's energetic approach to real-estate!

I am a first time home buyer and Rollin made the experience very easy for me. He is extremely responsive and is willing to meet at any time during the day or evening to show a house. He also cares about the quality of what he is assisting you to purchase. He will tell you if he thinks that he can do better for you on a property or price. He treats you like a top client and is very personable, but never pushy. When I first started looking at homes, we didn't have an agent so a random one would show us the property. They are always pushy and needy and basically begging you to be your agent. Rollin never did that, and it was one of the reasons that I entrusted my home viewings to him. I highly recommend him to anybody that is looking to buy a home. He is a straight shooter and gets things done in a timely fashion. He is very responsive and willing to help and show houses. He even got the keys for the home a day early. I couldn't be more happy with him. He is a 5 star agent for sure.

Despite the price drop and my contact coming on a Thursday evening, Rollin still hurried up to help us craft a solid offer and get it submitted that night. We didn't want to wait until the next day because given the price drop, we knew the house would sell immediately. Rollin helped us evaluate the seller's counter offer and ultimately secure our dream home. When some issues were uncovered during the inspection, Rollin worked with the selling agent to make sure that the big items were taken care of by the seller.
