Premier Sothebys International Realty

TIffany has helped us with 4 real estate purchases and sales in the past 12 years. Her knowledge of the island and the real estate market on Sanibel is impressive. We couldnt recommend her more highly. She communicated with us and help us every step of the way. Tiffany is a true professional and a delightful person to assist in the stressful journey of buying and selling real estate.

Sean is simply the best! He went above and beyond for us to get our home sold in a challenging market. Thank you for all of your help! 5 Stars!!! We look forward to working with you in the future.

Jeff and his team did an outstanding job in selling our condo on Sanibel Island. We had worked previously with Jeff's team when we purchased our condo in 2012, and we were confident when we engaged them again. Jeff gave us excellent advice on pricing, and he responded quickly to all our questions. Jeff got us competing offers, and we were able to obtain almost 97% of our list price.

We have used Tiffany now a couple of times and she and the team have always been fantastic. They have an extensive knowledge of the area and are very good at the negotiation stage. They also provide exceptional support through the sale and beyond. Would highly recommend.
