It started out good with Carol Okeefe. In the beginning it was all about representing. The I felt like she was doing more for the buyer than for me. I guess it's all about getting a paycheck? Fortunately for the team she is no longer there. What does that tell ya?

Marissa and her partner Natalie provided excellent service, assisting me in the purchase of a condo in Naples. As I was only in town for a short time, they arranged showing at all of the nine properties I favored for one morning. I didn't think that would be possible, but it allowed plenty of time and ended with me making an offer on my favorite by the end of the day. With two other parties also making offers on this unit -- just one day on the market, Marissa and Natalie assisted me in deciding how much to offer, at what terms. The result -- the unit is mine and I love it! The closing was difficult as I was in the midst of a 4-day drive with my dog, and they did all they could to assure I was closed the day of my arrival in my new home town. I highly recommend the dynamic duo!
