We spoke with Vanya Demireva for over a year before deciding to list our condo. Vanya was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. We were very impressed and attracted to how professional she is. Once listed, Vanya made sure our place showed well. The pictures were beautiful and the showings went smoothly. In less than a week, we had three offers. One at asking the price. We immediately asked Vanya to show us single family homes and we decided to build one.As snow birds, we planned to fly back and forth to watch the build but, there were no flights and nowhere to stay once we were locked down due to Covid and social distancing.aEURoeNo problemaEUR? In a Covid world and a difficult situation, Vanya remained optimistic. I would definitely hire her again and would recommend her to anyone contemplating the sale of or purchase of a their home. Vanya still keeps in touch with us. She feels like family to me and I am so glad we had her to represent us.
