ZillowVERIFIEDMy friend Debbie recommended Vanya as a realtor to help me find a home/ condo in the Estero/ Bonita area. Vanya worked with me every step of the way with patience and diligence to find this perfect home for me. She gave good advice and assisted me through every aspect of home buying. I could not have done this without her. If you are buying or selling I a home I would highly recommend Vanya at Sothebys

ZillowVERIFIED Dimo and Vanya did an outstanding job with the sale of my condo. I originally bought the unit through them several years ago and it was a very favorable experience. As a result of that, when I decided to sell my unit, I immediately recontacted them. Despite a weak sellers market for units such as mine, their knowledge, talent and hard work resulted in a quick sale when other similar condos were sitting on the market for lengthy periods of time. Their advice was always excellent and communication with them was the same. Not only are they extremely competent professionals but they are an extremely nice and congenial couple. They are the type of people that one would be happy to have as friends as well as real estate representatives for either purchase or sale of property.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our house, we interviewed a number of realtor teams and decided on what seemed to be the most professional couple. We were right. From the picture taking through the accepted offer, Vanya & Dimo were professional, helpful, friendly & offered the best advice. They were patient and supportive, when at the height of sales, we had to pause showings due to a health issue. Throughout, they always kept us updated on the market and walked us through every step of the process. As stressful as moving can be, Vanya and Dimo miraculously were able to keep us as calm, and less nervous as possible. We so highly value their help, advice, and their friendship and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or buy property.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our Mother's home with Vanya's help. The market conditions when we listed were very difficult. Vanya worked very hard and communicated with us very well along the way. She was very persistent and committed in her approach to list and sell the property. We appreciated her support as my Sister and I are both out of state. Having someone who took care of things and you could have confidence in was very reassuring.

ZillowVERIFIED My parents used this wonderful team to sell their home in Cascades, Estero FL. I cant say enough about their professionalism, care and patience during this process. Their house was one of 21 listings in the same development. Vanya made timely and accurate recommendations that helped the home stand out and sell for a favorable price. She took extra care with them as they were very limited with electronic capabilities and I was remote. Super team and am grateful for their efforts!

ZillowVERIFIED Vanya had called us about 18 months prior, before we hired her and Dimo. She was inquiring if we were interested in selling. At that time we were just beginning to have thoughts of relocating out of state. The way she handled the call...displaying professionalism, friendliness, and a caring demeanor, kept her on our list of realtors to consider. Move ahead 18 months and after interviewing 3 other realtors, we made our selection....Vanya and Dimo. They are quite a team! Both are knowledgeable, friendly, and openly honest. Vanya guided us on the pricing and presentation of our house. As a result it miraculously sold within a couple of days at the price we asked for! Vanya was always available whenever we needed her with our questions. Fast response time and above all accurate information. Thank you Vanya and Dimo for making our move from Florida a very positive experience. Always hire a realtor with expertise and professionalism to sell or buy your property...Vanya and Dimo fit the bill! You will be completely satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED Vanya and Dimo did an excellent job handling my purchase of a condo in an over-55 community. My plan was to spend a few days in Ft. Myers looking at available condos and, if fortunate enough to find a unit that met my requirements, purchase one. Prior to my arrival I exchanged emails with Dimo. He identified and provided me with a steady stream of available units that met my criteria and served to familiarize me with the market. He was always available to answer my questions promptly either by email or phone and provide me with worthwhile advice. After my arrival in Ft. Myers, he patiently took me to the all the units which interested me and provided me with knowledgeable, sound advice on the pros and cons of each as well as the area in which they were located. The final unit met my criteria and Dimo advised me with my offer which was accepted the same day. From that point on he followed the transaction closely, including some issues with the HOA, and offered valuable advice up to closing. Throughout all of this both Vanya and Dimo were always patient, understanding. polite and helpful. I strongly recommend Vanya and DImo.

ZillowVERIFIED We spoke with Vanya Demireva for over a year before deciding to list our condo. Vanya was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. We were very impressed and attracted to how professional she is. Once listed, Vanya made sure our place showed well. The pictures were beautiful and the showings went smoothly. In less than a week, we had three offers. One at asking the price. We immediately asked Vanya to show us single family homes and we decided to build one.As snow birds, we planned to fly back and forth to watch the build but, there were no flights and nowhere to stay once we were locked down due to Covid and social distancing.aEURoeNo problemaEUR? Vanya said. Ill visit the site for you.aEUR? And she did. We face timed, zoomed and text and everything went surprisingly well.Vanya did a great job watching over our build. She kept in touch with the builder and us. One year later, She met us again for our closing.Vanya helped us accomplish a lot in one year. In a Covid world and a difficult situation, Vanya remained optimistic. I would definitely hire her again and would recommend her to anyone contemplating the sale of or purchase of a their home. Vanya still keeps in touch with us. She feels like family to me and I am so glad we had her to represent us.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Vanya was outstanding- I had 3 realtors in mind before Vanya- but none were too convincing- Vanya called me one day - I told her, let me speak to my husband - I invited Vanya to come to my house and talked and see how I felt around her- well, while we were talking and she was explaining to me the house market- ect- once thing she never did was trying to convince me to go with her- she was there just to meet us and for us to meet her and just talk- I felt something about Vanya that i did not see in the other realtors- Vanya is very humble- she waits for you- she makes things easier for you- no pressure at all- I hired Vanya- my house was on the market for awhile and we decided to take it off the market- but we ended up putting it back in the market and Vanya was on it- every questions that I had she answered- I will text her and she will text me back immediately- there were time that I was somewhat frustrated, Vanya will talk to me like a friend- and calm me down- Vanya is easy to talk to - we laugh together and we became friends- honestly- if someone is looking for a great realtor that will not take advantage- will be there for you all they way until the end- that is my friend Vanya- I call her my friend because she is- she sold my house in less time that when my house was on the market before- without me hardly doing anything- she took care of all the paperwork- of course I had some that I had to find for her- but I truly did not have to work as hard as the first time that I was selling my home- Vanya took care of all the details, any questions- she will call me- and we will take care of it immediately- I used to say- I'm not sure if buying a house is as stressful as selling a house- well- selling my house to Vanya was not stressful at all- she took care of all the details, paperwork needed and her kindness goes beyond words- I'm just an ordinary person who wanted to sell her house- and Vanya was the right person at the right time- she is kind, humble, funny, and makes your life selling your home as less stressful as possible and she succeeded- My husband and me love Vanya and will hire her again for our next home- If anyway out there is looking for someone who really cares, will give you the time you need, the respect, the friendship...Vanya and Dimo are the perfect realtors for anyone - if i could give them a 10- I would....We Love you Vanya! We want to Thank you for been so patient and always taking your busy life to be there for us- when we needed guidance...get ready for our next adventure...

Review for Member: VANYA and DIMO DEMIREV
ZillowVERIFIED Our peripatetic lifestyle has led us to have many real estate searches and transactions throughout our lives. I can unequivocally say that our experiences with Vanya as our realtor have been by far the most impressive. Several years ago, we met her when attempting to sell our beautiful white elephant. We had had our home on the market for what seemed forever with a number of excellent and committed realtors. Within months, Vanya had sold our home and shortly afterwards started on a quest to find us our new home. Retired, constantly traveling, with other homes, we would return to Naples and intermittently bother Vanya with yet another search and another round of visits. We flashed in and out, unsure. She was resolved to help us. Due to our recent unexpected prolonged stay here in Naples, Florida, we had the time to take advantage of her tireless persistence, experience and intuition. She knew what we wanted and needed better than we did. Each morning early, we received many, many listings to consider. We saw and marched through many homes. She guided us through the entire process, responsive to our every question and concern, endlessly patient and impeccably sensitive to our need to have contact with absolutely no one other than herself. She always appeared masked and gloved. To the end, she was there, supervising inspections and repairs, babysitting us through documents and giving us precisely the right home at the right price she negotiated for us.
