Carries talent for interior design was something that really helped our home stand out. She staged it beautifully. Her photographer also did an outstanding job of presenting our home online. We got many views online because of the staging and photographs and marketing Carrie did. Carrie Bantel did a great job and I can be difficult. This was 3rd deal Ive used her on and I would use her again. She was proactive and had solid suggestions on multiple fronts including pointing out various issues that I was not aware of that would require renovating/repairs. Carrie was very easy to coordinate and schedule viewing of properties with short notice. She had good recommendations as to negotiating to get the deal done without overpaying nor losing the property.
