Premier Sotheby's International Realty

What an awesome experience! She sold our house in 10 days! From the pictures, to the video, to the tasteful staging... everything was great! I would recommend Carrie's services to anyone who asks.

Carrie Bantel helped me sell my home in Winter Park, FL. She is an outstanding Realtor and made the entire process smooth and stress free. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of selling my property, including pricing the property, staging it and navigating hurdles with the HOA. She handled every step professionally and resulted in a successful sale. I highly recommend Carrie to anyone looking for a trusted Realtor!

Carrie Bantel did a great job and I can be difficult. This was 3rd deal Ive used her on and I would use her again. She was proactive and had solid suggestions on multiple fronts including pointing out various issues that I was not aware of that would require renovating/repairs. Carrie was very easy to coordinate and schedule viewing of properties with short notice. She had good recommendations as to negotiating to get the deal done without overpaying nor losing the property.

We had the great pleasure of working with Carrie Bantel as our realtor who helped us sell our home in Winter Park. Carries talent for interior design was something that really helped our home stand out. She staged it beautifully. Her photographer also did an outstanding job of presenting our home online. We got many views online because of the staging and photographs and marketing Carrie did. In addition, Carrie has a calm and reassuring demeanor which helped the whole process feel so much less stressful than it could have been! Carrie also did several open houses for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying their home.

Excellent Carrie was an absolutely outstanding Realtor. She was there for me and my husband every step of the way, making us feel comfortable throughout the whole process of buying our prefect ocean view home. Her excellent communication, knowledge, professionalism, and she was always available to support any questions or concerns. We highly recommend her youll get the BEST!
