ZillowVERIFIED We had the great pleasure of working with Carrie Bantel as our realtor who helped us sell our home in Winter Park. Carries talent for interior design was something that really helped our home stand out. She staged it beautifully. Her photographer also did an outstanding job of presenting our home online. We got many views online because of the staging and photographs and marketing Carrie did. In addition, Carrie has a calm and reassuring demeanor which helped the whole process feel so much less stressful than it could have been! Carrie also did several open houses for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Carrie Bantel did a great job and I can be difficult. This was 3rd deal Ive used her on and I would use her again. She was proactive and had solid suggestions on multiple fronts including pointing out various issues that I was not aware of that would require renovating/repairs. Carrie was very easy to coordinate and schedule viewing of properties with short notice. She had good recommendations as to negotiating to get the deal done without overpaying nor losing the property.

ZillowVERIFIED Carrie Bantel is the whole package in a realtor. She has assisted us both is the sale of our last home and in the purchase of our last 2 homes. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, very responsive. She helped us negotiate a price with the seller when we were buying. She made recommendations for staging and modest upgrades which resulted in selling at the highest comp levels in our area. Definitely recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Very kind and patient, helped us find a rental from a long distant move and then found us a perfect home when we were to move in to own home She is professional and caring, knows her information. We came down here just trying to find someone who would help us rent and helped us when no other realtor was interested.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Carrie during one of the more frustrating buyers markets. Carrie was VERY patient with us. She was always available to answer any of our questions (and still is even a year after our sale has closed.) She encouraged us on negotiations when we were ready to give up. We were buying from out of state so she was literally our eyes and ears when we couldn't be there. I remember her going out to a listing we were interested in one evening to walk the property as she described it in detail and took pictures for us. She was present for every inspector and contractor we had out for repair estimates. After working through countless appointments and negotiations for weeks and having the sale of one house fall through, she never faltered. She simply encouraged us and we got right back in there, eventually finding the right house for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Carrie was well organized, observed our reactions to properties and adapted showings to accommodate us. Carrie represented our interest very well, she negotiated our offer and we got the house at the price we wanted. You will not be sorry choosing Carrie as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Carrie was the lynchpin to a successful home buying experience during our recent corporate relocation. Her attention to detail at all stages of the process, from previewing properties through the negotiation and closing, made an otherwise stressful process easy. Carrie listens to her clients' needs, has a no nonsense approach and gets things done. She will be our first call when it comes to real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED I have know Carrie for years personally and she is now acting as our personal Realtor. We have been on the hunt for our dream house for about 2 years now and she and has shown us many many houses, we went through a long process of making an offer on a short sale house, that unfortunatly we did not get but she has never given up on us or our search. I HIGHLY recomend her if you are looking for a very knowlegable and patient Realtor.Renee

ZillowVERIFIED Carrie is amazing! She helped me short sale my former home. We listed the home on a Friday and had a contract by Monday! I was blown away at how fast everything happened. The process was so easy and she was only a phone call or text away when I needed her. I would recommend her to anyone. In fact my mom is thinking about selling her home and I'm definitely going to use Carrie for the transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED We have known Carrie for about 12 years and in that time we have bought 2 houses and sold 1 house with Carrie. She is very knowledgable and works real hard to find what you are looking for. We were very picky buyers but she to able to find us a house that we love! She also is there step by step to make sure things go smoothly in the closing process. She is a wonderful realtor!
