PREMIER PROPERTIES OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, LLC

Matt, his wife Rachel, and his coworker Nitaya are all awesome to work with. They helped me sell my condo in Daytona Beach shores, and it wasn't an easy unit to sell at all. They are masters of social media, highly skilled at the real estate game, and super nice people. You can't go wrong with Matt and his team.

I was first drawn to Matt because of his professional manner, very clear communication ability and strong knowledgeable of the area. Once I started working with him I felt confident in his all round ability and very personable manner. We quickly found the perfect opportunity and again Matt was excellent in all aspects of communication working with the sellers and us to bring a clear, smooth and very fast closing. Another big plus for us as we were from out of town was his local connections to other helpful business professionals to help with all the other dynamics of closing our purchase. I would highly recommend Matt and his team. Andrew Hughes

After finding Matt and Rachel on YouTube and watching countless informative videos of theirs we decided they were the right people to help us find our new home. We couldnt be happier with that decision. Buying a home from out of state felt overwhelming at first, but Matt made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and always went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in every decisionaEUR"even from miles away. We would use Matt and his team again with confidence!

Matt and his team did an outstanding job for us! Sold our house in 3 months in a very difficult market! We were very pleased with his knowledge, attentiveness and professionalism. We highly recommend Matt Ecoff!!! Thank you Matt it was a pleasure and will use you again!

Matt and his team, Nitaya and Rachel, were exceptionally easy to work with. All are very knowledgeable about the area and homes that we were interested in. They took the time to get to know us and for us to get to know them. At our first meeting with Matts team, it was obvious that they cared about our goals. Spending the time in conversation at the office, was beyond our expectation. Matt is a professional, he knows home values in and around the county. He was able to give us detailed information about each home he showed us. Matt was clear about being transparent and not withholding any info. If he didnt know an answer to our question, he made calls to get that info to us quickly. We will, without any doubt, work with Matt and his team again.
