Johnnie helped me locate, evaluate and buy 3 investment condominiums in Stuart, Florida. Johnnie listened to what I was looking for, set up times for us to look at each one (dozens, before Covid) and then gave me valuable assistance in evaluating them. Her knowledge of the local market (which also included Jupiter, FL) is excellent. Generally, she knows about most buildings place in the local marketplace, what the potential rental values are, the condos rules that affect rentals, whether the condo fees are generally high or low.
