Johnnie listened to what I was looking for, set up times for us to look at each one (dozens, before Covid) and then gave me valuable assistance in evaluating them. Her knowledge of the local market (which also included Jupiter, FL) is excellent. Generally, she knows about most buildings place in the local marketplace, what the potential rental values are, the condos rules that affect rentals, whether the condo fees are generally high or low. Johnnie often knew the information I requested immediately or after quick checking. If she didnt know by then, she would research the issue and report back by the next day. Her follow-up on issues is unsurpassed. Johnnie gave sound advice on bidding strategy. Her pleasant manner makes her a pleasure to spend time with and she has good relationships with other agents, attorneys, local service people. So, all good. No downsides. Johnnie was so accommodating and helpful and when I heard she is a realtor as well, I asked her to assist me in finding my own place by the ocean. Limited in time, since I had to leave back to New York, Johnnie diligently searched and succeeded in finding my paradise by the sea in Ocean Village.
