I first met Kevin in March of 2020. I was beginning my search for my first home purchase in Sarasota, and he was the Zillow realtor that contacted me about viewing a property. I'm so glad that was the case. He was informative and attentive, and when I decided to slow my timeline down and sign another short-term lease, he was more than patient. We communicated regularly throughout the next several months, and I was able to find a property that fit all my criteria. Kevin handled all the communication, offer, and negotiation with my input and was always timely with his communication. We set a tentative closing date almost 2 months out from the contract execution date, and everything went off without a hitch in early December.
