Moving from out of state can be an extremely stressful process, but having the right realtor makes it far easier. Carissa listened to our needs and utilized her extensive knowledge of the area to narrow down choices of communities that were a good fit. She dedicated time to showing us those communities and guided us through the process of new construction. She aggressively negotiated on our behalf to get the best deal from the builder and advised throughout. She visited the property weekly and sent photos and videos throughout the construction process to keep us informed on progress. She is incredibly detail oriented and professional. She also went above and beyond to make closing day feel special for us. Carissa is hands down the best realtor we have worked with and we highly recommend her!

I was beyond happy with Carissa! Moving across country was no easy task but I always knew Carissa had all my Florida needs covered. From helping us find a house to providing recommendations for everything from closets to pool! Carissa is no nonsense while also understanding all your needs. We'd never use anyone else but Carissa again!

I had a very positive experience with Jessie in purchasing my new home. Jessie was very accommodating in her willingness to schedule many showings in a very small window of time. She would often show up early and pre-check some basics - like water pressure, light switches, etc. before I arrived for a showing. She is smart and efficient, with great communication and negotiating skills. Jessie made the home buying process not only very smooth, but actually enjoyable for me! I have no hesitation in recommending her as a buyers or sellers agent.

I worked with Carissa for a long time from another state before I actually made the move. She has been absolutely amazing and helpful in all areas. Her knowledge and professionalism goes above and beyond average expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially long distance.
