I purchased a single family home with Joe as my agent and he did an amazing job. He was ahead of any issues that may come up as you are in the process of purchasing and was helpful with local contractors since we were from out of state. He took the time to get to know us and suggested beaches we would like to visit since we loved going to the beach. If I sell my home and purchase another Joe will definately be my agent again.

Joe did an amazing job finding us our dream house, and getting us into it at an amazing deal. He shown that he had my familys best interest in mind. He is local, familiar with the area, and has a lot of connections that made both the buying process as well as the moving/living experience enjoyable. He worked around the clock for us & was never too busy to answer any questions or fight for the deal on our behalf. Thank you so much for helping us into our first home. There is no doubt that you will be my real estate agent for my next property purchase. Thank you!

The best Real Estate Agent ever. We have bought and sold 15 times in our lives and Joe was the most confident and patient agent we have ever seen. He is very knowledgeable about all aspect of his job. Starting with the search for your home and ending with the closing he makes sure everything goes as smooth as possible. He knew what to do and say to make us feel better.

As a first time home buyer, I wasn't really sure on how to go forward with anything. I knew Joe was known as a very reliable and established realtor; I've only heard good things. I reached out to him and he got me exactly what I wanted and was extremely well versed. The communication was top notch. If I happened to text him at 11pm, he'd have a reply for me on the spot. I highly recommend Joe!

I am a tech support specialist and I am in no way a mortgage broker or real estate agent. Joe made the entire process very easy by breaking things down in terms that I could understand. He was friendly and courteous, well-dressed and professional. That we only spent one day looking at houses Joe spent a considerable amount of time lining up houses to show us the one day and every house fit our needs and desires. So much so that we found the perfect house on the first day
