Portland Real Estate Consulting

We had the pleasure of working with Melissa Young to find our perfect home, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were unsure of how to navigate the home buying process, but Melissas invaluable knowledge made everything seamless and stress-free. She took the time to understand all of our needs and found a house that met every one of them. Her expertise helped us ask all the right questions, ensuring we were making informed decisions every step of the way. Additionally, her negotiation skills were amazing, securing us the best possible deal. We highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to buy a home. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients make her an outstanding real estate agent. Thank you so much Melissa, we are forever grateful for you ??

Lindsay was incredible to work with! I am a first time homeowner and didn't have any experience with the process, and had a lot of questions. Lindsay was so patient, kind, and such a great fit for me. She explained the process and what to expect every step of the way. I was always kept informed of any changes or developments, and Lindsay toured several properties with me. She was very responsive, easy to reach if I had any questions, and I never felt pressured or rushed during any part of this process. Lindsay always took the time to explain items in more detail and answered all of my questions (and I had many). I appreciate her so much, and she made the purchase of my first home stress-free! Lindsay is a delight to work with, and I would highly recommend her!

It was a pleasure to work with Melissa and the Portland Real Estate Consulting Team! I was unsure of where to turn to begin my house search, but Melissa came recommended to me and we clicked within our first conversation. Melissa knows the Beaverton/Tigard areas well and gave us confidence throughout the entire search process that we would find a home that we loved. Her positive attitude helped through stressful negotiations situations. She is always responsive and timely!

Tiffany Pool did an amazing job helping us to buy our first home. Working with Tiffany made us feel like we hit the jackpot of real estate agents. We knew almost nothing about the process of buying a home and she guided us through the process with care and expertise. At one point we realized we needed to pause our house search while we saved up more money and when we phoned her up to resume our search we felt like we were meeting back up with our trusted friend. Tiffany was quick to respond, patient with our questions, realistic about our finances, and an incredible advocate when it came to negotiating the sale. I honestly feel so lucky that we found Tiffany. I will recommend her to anyone I know and I would give her 5 gold stars. I can't say enough good things about how much she helped us through our home buying process.

Tiffany is a solid and high quality realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and will go above and beyond to help you find the home of your dreams. We are very thankful to have worked with Tiffany, her professionalism and expertise made our house buying process easy and efficient.
