Tommy did an excellent job evaluating my home, I wanted to be sure I was listing at a comparable fair price and he helped us with this..We plan on selling in the near future

Just the best agent there is . Very happy that we found Michael and got us our dream home . He spent days until we found the perfect home for us , checking many neighbors. I would definitely use Michael to buy a home again and highly recommend him .

Our experience with Michael has been amazing. We approached him with an almost impossible task of getting us into a specific type of property, within 2 months, while using my Veteran VA Benefits...during one of the most competitive real estate sellers markets (2020 COVID, coupled with extreme low interest rates). He dedicated 100% of his focus to help us find the perfect property and assist us every step of the way to close on time. His knowledge and expertise, along with his vast list of contacts in every area of real estate investing (from loans to construction) sped us through the process. Even after we closed, Michael was there to assist us with any additional questions that came up about the property/area. Michael is genuinely a great realtor and person, and it was a pleasure working with him...and would highly recommend him to others as well as use him again for any future real estate investments.

My husband and I were coming in from Illinois looking to buy a house in the San Diego area. Michael responded to my initial email inquiry immediately and kept in touch with us the whole time until we arrived. ( a month before) He spent almost 2 weeks every single day taking us around several different neighborhoods to see many different homes. I cannot say enough great things about Michael and his service. He is highly knowledgeable in the entire San Diego market and has very professional and pleasant demeanor. We are absolutely blessed to have found him- he ultimately helped us close on our dream home!!!! Highly recommend him!

Mike was a dream to deal with. We were purchasing from some distance; Mike made sure we received all the info on time, brought our offer to the seller, and coordinated the walk-through, closing and hand-off activities perfectly.
