I point this out because there was never any pressure to buy or exaggeration of selling points. Each time he listened to our concerns and helped us figure out what we really wanted in our first home. That's right, we're first time buyers so he really had to talk us through A LOT that we didn't know about the process. Speaking of, he is on point when it comes to answering calls/emails/texts - and yes - both my husband and I came at him from all angles! We fell out of escrow, found ridiculous surprises, and dealt with nightmare sellers; all the while he's keeping his cool with us while at times we did not. We can't tell you how much that's appreciated. Everyone knows moving is stressful, but finding a realtor who understands your needs and helps you every step of the way when needed is seriously INVALUABLE.
