I dont think you can find someone better than max when it comes to having someone guide , teach, and negotiate for you. I work long hours with some weeks no day off, in saying that he communicated with me throughout the day even towards midnights some nights when all the thoughts started pouring in and I needed help straightening them out. My off times are sporadic, but when we found something that caught my attention he was ready to take me sightseeing. Negotiating he was on point, I told him where I wanted to end up and felt the people out for me and got me where I wanted to end up. Overall he works extremely hard for you, super friendly and available to you as a buyer. Even offered to mow my lawn.
