We recently had Kristin's help purchasing our second home locally. I could not think of a better, more professional and just lovely person to work with. She takes time to get to know your needs, provides thoughtful guidance but also factors in any unique needs you have during the process, and helped us get the best home within the price range my family needed.

Bradley helped us buy our first home. He answered any and all questions we could think of and replied quickly when we needed him. Most importantly, for us, he went to battle at the negotiating table for us every time without fail. All of this helped this stressful process go as smoothly as one could hope. Elise and Mia did a wonderful job, they made everything so easy for me. And the house sold quickly and looked beautiful. Elise helped me get through the hurdles after the inspection and always reminded me that they were there to take care of everything. Viewings went smoothly with the app so the house could sell itself. I definitely will be advising anyone I know who is selling that Elise is the person to use. Buying and selling is made easy by this company.

We can't recommend Kristin enough! We had tried to buy with a different realtor previously and did not have a great experience, but Kristin was truly fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable, communicative, strategic, and thorough in all stages of the homebuying process. She was particularly stellar in the negotiations. She had our full trust and confidence, and worked with us to achieve what we believe to be the best deal possible. We appreciated that she really listened to us and respected our opinions, while also offering honest feedback and helpful perspective of her own. She was very accessible, and went above and beyond what we expected. If we ever find ourselves in a homebuying position again (which hopefully we won't because we love our new home!), we would hire Kristin in a heartbeat.
