We could not have asked for a better experience with Crystal Dickens. We had initially tried to work with another realtor that was recommended to us. Unfortunately, that realtor was not responsive at all. I found Crystals name on the Gaston Lake Community Facebook page. I cold called her and left a message. She responded within 20 minutes to set up a call. After an hour and half discussion of going through in detail what we were looking for in a property and what the current listing offered we knew we had made the right choice. Her knowledge of the lake was very impressive (water depth and make up of coastlines). We met a few days later and found the property of our dreams. We made an offer that was accepted making a lifelong dream come true. She helped to handle any issues that came up in the closing process. We cannot thank Crystal enough for helping us achieve our dream of owning lake front property.
