Two messy topics come to mind: I was selling my lake house and the boat dock aEUR~registration had not been properly transferred when I bought the place 20 years ago. There were complications in this process, but she figured it out and got it done. Cleaned up that mess! Also, I was selling aEUR~as is. The Buyers and Buyers agent apparently did not seem to listen. Crystal was persistent, aEUR~took the heat when they finally woke up, and completely represented my interests without burdening me with the turmoil.

Unfortunately, that realtor was not responsive at all. I found Crystals name on the Gaston Lake Community Facebook page. I cold called her and left a message. She responded within 20 minutes to set up a call. After an hour and half discussion of going through in detail what we were looking for in a property and what the current listing offered we knew we had made the right choice.
