If I could give Stephanie more than 5 stars I would! First and by far foremost she treats you as a person and valued client, not just another home to sell. She was very patient and thorough explaining the entire selling process to us. She was very quick to respond to any questions that we had during the process even in the evenings and on weekends. She kept us informed each step of the way regarding the sale of our home. We're so excited to next work with Stephanie to find our dream home!

We recently purchased a home with Stephanie as our buyer agent. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the process. She was very knowledgeable, helped us through each step of the process with insider tips, kept in constant communication, and helped where possible in a highly competitive "sellers" market. She may not know this yet but when I was starting my home search and trying to pick a realtor, I inquired about one of her listings online and no sooner had I submitted the inquiry she was calling me to talk about my wants and needs. That go getter mentality and attention to what I wanted sold me instantly. She is prompt with calls and emails as well as ahead of the timeframe on all deadlines. So when it was time to sell my condo and upgrade to a home, there was no doubt in my mind she would be the best person to do it. I was able to get my dream home with Steph, sell my condo for top dollar and make a new friend in the process.

Stephanie has sold two homes for us. She does an amazing job and is very responsive in communication, and she makes very effort to work well with other real estate agents. Our recent property was very unique and she worked hard to find the right buyer for the property. We truly can say that Stephanie is a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend her!
