Joscie (pronounced Josie) helped us find a new home after moving to the area from out of state. We knew nothing about the area, so we wanted a local who could match our needs/wants to a home and the right area of town. We initially began looking at pre-owned and transitioned to new homes. As we toured a few homes, we were surprised to discover she wasn't your average realtor. We found she has extensive knowledge of the building process, construction process, building science, builder contracts, and gotchas we might have missed. She also warned us about what to watch out for when looking at ground-up home builds. A huge plus for us was that she is native to the area and knows the history of builders who built the homes that are now selling as pre-owned homes, and what the builder's reputation was at the time, to give you a background of what you might be getting into or what to look for. Joscie was very responsive to our calls and emails. We never felt rushed on phone calls, and she spent as much time as was necessary. Joscie has a personality that is professional but stern when she needs to be. She is tenacious and spunky when she needs to be, and fights for what she feels is right. She also uses a multitude of online tools to get answers to any reasonable question you might have. On top of all of these benefits, she is very personable. She took the time to have lunch with us and still keeps in contact with us to this day. We really enjoyed working with Joscie and would call her in a second if we were looking for another home.
