ZillowVERIFIED Justin and his team are amazing! They were there for us every step of the way and made a cross country home search and move so easy for us. They are responsive and flexible. Justin and his team member Briana helped us handle all the complicated things that can come up, and they also helped a family member purchase a house and make the move. They were very patient with us and also provided great advice on Tennessee specific things we needed to know.l.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was incredible throughout the entire process of selling our home. He arrived to our listing appointment more than prepared, having researched not just our area but our specific property. He asked pertinent questions and heard each of our concerns. He understood our local market and that allowed him to expertly navigate the process from showings to contract. Negotiating the best possible scenario for our personal situation, all due to his ability to hear what was important to us in that very first meeting. We could not have gotten a better outcome!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was a wonderful realtor to work with. He listed and sold my home in one day. He also helped us find another home to move into. He found us a place based on our needs and not on the fee he would make. He could have sold us a home that made him more in fee but went with our needs on our new house which made him a smaller fee. Everything with Justin and his team was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Justin Tucker and his team was phenomenal. We had the quickest and easiest experience. We called to set up a showing on a home, and within 2 weeks we had a contract on it, AND OUR OWN HOME was already sold after 1 day of an open house. We actually had to cancel the second day of the open house, because we got such a wonderful offer the first! Thank you to Tuck and Jamie for all their work!

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband brought up the subject of moving again I first thought he was joking, but I soon came to the realization that he was right. We had worked with Justin Tucker previously and without hesitation he was who I wanted to work with again.Throughout the process not only was Justin there every step of the way but so was Lindsey Bradshaw. They have always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Lindsey remained calm and confident through all of the bumps we encountered along the way, and in turn we stayed positive throughout the entire process.Justins professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We formed a special bond that goes beyond realtor and client. They both come across as individuals that truly love what they do and enjoyed being involved in the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation. We are now in a home we love and cannot say Thank You enough to Justin, Lindsey and the rest of the Justin Tucker team!

ZillowVERIFIED Justin was there from start to finish. From the first glances at houses, to the paperwork fulfillment. He was there for all of the questions and concerns my wife and I had through the process. He's not that realtor that continues to push and push you into just any house. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the house you choose, is one you are going to be happy with for a long time to come and that it meets all of your needs and expectations. Justin, is not afraid to go into the dirty work of negotiation and with his experience, will get you the best deal possible. I'd definitely recommend, Justin, to be your chosen real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with a lot of realtors over the years and I've finally found the guy I'll use for every property I buy from here forward! First of all, Justin is one of the nicest people I've ever met, he's extremely knowledgable, he's well connected and extremely resourceful. The hardest qualities to find in my opinion are also my favorite qualities about Justin: 1st *He does what he says he will do 2nd. *He listens to what your really looking for and he doesn't waste your time trying to show your properties you're not interested in. Top notch guy! The best!

We only looked at three homes before I found the one, thats how amazing he was at listening and then showing me homes that were to my needs. I would recommended him to anyone who asked.

ZillowVERIFIED Justin worked with us for two year to find the perfect house. We appreciate his patience and his attention to our wants and needs. He's driven and takes good care of his clients. He is as knowledgeable of construction as he is of real estate. Even after finding us a home, he continued to check on us to make sure we were still satisfied with our home and helped us to communicate with the builders. Justin is very caring and has a big heart. We will continue to work with him the the future.
