Platinum Realty

Jim did a great job narrowing down the search, answered my questions and checked regularly to see that others were responding in a timely manner as well.

Chris did a great job in selling my home in less than one week by posting professional photos and advertising with the top listing. He took full charge of our home sale, efficiently managing inspection findings and coordinating roof repairs so I didn't have to worry. Chris was able to negotiate terms that left both parties completely satisfied. He excels in problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Thank you, Chris!

We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Jordan and Kyle! Buying and selling a home at the same time was A LOT, but they made the entire process easy and were there for us every step of the way. They were always quick to respond, answered our one million questions, kept us updated, and never made me feel like I was bothering them. We are so thankful for everything they did to help us sell our old home and get into our new one. I would 100% recommend them to anyone buying or selling! Thank you Heffner Homes!!!

Jordan and Kyle are the absolute best realtors! They really take the time and explain the process of buying a house. It took about three months to find the perfect house and Jordan and Kyle were there every step of the way. If you want to enjoy and feel heard during your house shopping experience then I would go with the Heffners.

Jessica blew my husband and Is expectations out of the water. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. From the moment we first chatted to even past the closing date when we had some issues with the builder, she continued to work with us to get things resolved even after closing. She very easily could have said she got her commission and case closed, and she did not! She is a FANTASTIC negotiator. When we did our walk through before closing and at closing she didnt just let us find things that we may not be happy with, she actually was doing the aEURoeworkaEUR? with us. Lazy is the furthest thing that she is! My husband and I have had homes that we have bought and sold before and I have never written a review, but she was so wonderful there was no way I couldnt! She definitely earns her commission!! Thank you Jessica!!
