ZillowVERIFIEDChris did a great job in selling my home in less than one week by posting professional photos and advertising with the top listing. He took full charge of our home sale, efficiently managing inspection findings and coordinating roof repairs so I didn't have to worry. Chris was able to negotiate terms that left both parties completely satisfied. He excels in problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Thank you, Chris!

ZillowVERIFIED Bought a house sight unseen and should have trusted my gut. Used Chris's recommended inspector second week in the house found mold and all of the outlets are labeled non grounded in the kitchen. These were concerns we brought up with no real candidness from Chris. Nice guy but unless you are thorough and in person I would avoid.

ZillowVERIFIED We had such a great experience working with our realtor. From the very beginning, he was an excellent communicatoraEUR"quick to respond, easy to get ahold of, and always kept us in the loop. He made the whole process feel simple and manageable, especially when it came to navigating listings and narrowing down options that truly fit our needs. We werent always the easiest clients (a little indecisive at times!), but he was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured. On top of that, he showed a lot of compassion and understanding during a life change were going through, which meant more to me than I can say. He clearly knows the market inside and out. Thanks to his expertise and negotiation skills, our house sold within hoursaEUR"and for more than our asking price. The closing process was quick and smooth, which was such a relief. He also went above and beyond when it came to showingsaEUR"meeting us at a moments notice and traveling quite a distance for homes that were out of the way. He even took the time to research different areas so we could make informed decisions. On top of everything, hes just a genuinely kind and easy person to work with. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Yes, he helped me and gave me all the correct information, and he is interested in the interdependence between the two parties, the seller, and I am the buyer, and I had to follow up with me until the day of closing and receiving the keys. I thank you very much for this help.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Chris since 2021, and back then was just shopping around without making offers. He was very patient with me and provided a lot of details to help make a good decision. He is by far the most reliable and accommodating agent I've ever worked with. Always goes the extra mile to make sure his clients get the attention they need, which is especially important for someone who's out of state.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is awesome! Goes above and beyond. I am an out of state investor. He always does the right thing for the customer and to get the deal done! I had contractors track mud in the night before staging and photos. Chris was there late that night scrubbing the floors clean. He's a hustler and goes the extra mile to look out for his clients. He had many recommendations of contractors along the way to finish the job and provide guidance on the project. I cannot recommend Chris enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Honest, hardworking, and available. Very responsive and if he doesnt have the answer to your question he will find it out. I have had experiences where once the sale is done the agent doesnt help if you have questions. Chris has answered my questions weeks to months after a sale was done.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris dealt with us for almost two years as we looked for the 'right' home and was always on top of our requests. He spent a considerable amount of time walking us through the homes, offering his professional input. He was always responsive to our queries, getting back with us quickly, even during 'off' hours. We finally found the 'one' and he made everything easy and as painless as possible. I've worked w a few real estate agents over the years but Chris was hands down the best of them all. Knowledgeable, diligent and listens well, which helped him zero in on the best listings for us. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Christopher was there with us every step of the way. He had a great understanding of what to keep an eye out for while looking at a home and even which inspector would work best for the home we looked at. When we ran into financing problems with one bank he suggested a different company to check out. In the end, every suggestion he had, I believe was the best choice. If you are looking at buying a new home, we highly recommend Chris. He will be there by your side the whole way.

ZillowVERIFIED We tried a few realtors and Chris was the best match for us. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He seemed to know what we wanted more than we did as we always rejected the houses we brought up to look at and he found the house we ultimately ended up buying. He actually added it to our viewings while we were out looking bc it had just come on the market! After putting in our bid, he helped us navigate the buying process, really made us feel like we were getting the best value in a seller's market. Have I said enough already that his knowledge is great? Lol. Chris is very responsive, getting back to us quickly and pretty much all hours of the day. If we sell our house and by in the area we absolutely plan to use Chris again.
