We closed last Monday!!! Shanon was one of three realtors we interviewed back in July. Her presentation was on an iPad and Shanon was extremely thorough describing her process and expectations on both sides. What really impressed us was her description of the staging process and then the picture/video/drone photography. We hired Shanon in July even though we were not going to list until the fall so we could capture our yard in full summer color with outdoor furniture displayed. We then listed in the private market (realtors only) so we could get some feedback on pricing and we still had a few things we wanted to do before opening it up to the MLS. We listed on a Friday and got a call from a realtor saying their client was interested and could they see it that day? We had an offer from them for list price that evening! Two other couples looked at our home on Sunday and one of them made an offer as well. We accepted one of the offers and pushed our closing date out until 12/18/23 and we closed today!
