julia has been absolutely wonderful to work with. when we were looking at homes in the area, we were in a completely different state. she was patient with us and assured us that we can make a home purchase while not being there. it was a three month process and she drove all around the area to send videos of homes for us. from the very start to end, she made the process super easy for us and gave us guidance on what was needed from us. she's very knowledgeable and has an expertise in working with military families. she's great!
