We picked Julia to sell our house after reading nothing but great reviews and seeing that she's specialized in Military Relocation. When we met Julia and Stacie we had a good feeling right away. Their personality and teamwork is not only incredibly professional, but also a pleasure to watch and deal with. When you choose Julia, she will put the work in for you to get the job done (unlike some other local agents). We had an offer after 3 days listed and the sale went through without any problems. She was there for us through the whole process to answer any questions literally at any time, catching things that needed to be amended, and taking care of everything that needed to get done immediately.
