Ive never worked with a more professional real estate team. Julia and Stacie were on top of getting my home on the market and ready to show from our first meeting. They are dedicated, detail oriented and always willing to go the extra mile to make me comfortable about selling my home. Communication was on point, they were very transparent and honest in all aspects. These are the reasons why they are so successful. You truly have a winning team on your side.
Thank you so much Kenneth! Your kind words mean so much to me, and Stacie too!

ZillowVERIFIEDWow, Julia was so on top of it. She knows what is out there! Quickly figured out what I wanted and needed. I?m new to the area so she was quick in directing me ! She is fun, when The right home was coming on the market she called me and said get ready to make a decision! I pointed out a negotiation strategy and we got the home! She?s the best!

ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely loved working with Julia and Stacie. We were out of town and unable to come to the area while searching, but they were wonderful about working with us anyway. They visited many homes for us and FaceTimed with us so that we could feel like we were there. Julia was always available for questions and advice. When we were under contract, she did a wonderful job negotiating for us, and they were excellent about being on-site for inspections, etc. Both were incredibly professional and kind, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Julia to buy our first house made it a much more stress free process. She was always so quick to respond, and because she works with Stacie Danzer, it was easier to schedule showings and inspections. If one couldn?t make it or was working with another client, the other would step in. Although I wasn?t their only client at the time, they always made me feel like I was because of their responsiveness and ability to prepare loan docs, make calls/appts on my behalf, etc. while answering all the questions I threw their way. I knew I was in good hands throughout the whole process, and I?m in my dream house as a result. I would definitely recommend Julia/Stacie to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Julia did masterful job in orchestrating the listing and sale of our home in San Antonio. She put me to ease immediately with her pleasant manner and strong knowledge of the property subdivision and surrounding market. Julia handled negotiation with the buyer very well and coordinated vendor visits that enabled us to show off the property to all the potential buyers. We closed quickly after receiving multiple offers and I certainly would use Julia again for another listing.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from Oklahoma to Texas, and Julia was the realtor who handled the process of looking for, and purchasing our new home. She was very personable, and professional. She made sure that we had all our questions answered, and made sure everything went smoothly . We were even set up with a banker, who handled our loan. She went above and beyond her regular duties, to make sure we got into the home we wanted. Larry & Catherine Quintanilla

ZillowVERIFIED I found Julia by accident, just looking at property online, and she initially contacted me. From the moment we met, she was warm and understanding, which was great for me, as it was my first experience as a buyer. She is knowledgable and professional, a good listener and strategist; she helped me outbid two other parties, and I am very satisfied with my house. Because she made the entire process seem so easy, I have recommended her to people I know with enthusiasm, and am happy to continue to do so.
