We feel that Cheryl did an exceptional job for us and we are very happy with her work and professionalism. We had our property on the market before and never had a viable offer, then we contacted Cheryl to try and move it for us and in a very short time we had an offer and then a contract and a sale. However the buyer's financing company and agent were not good communicators. Everything was communicated at the very last minute and created some unnecessary/difficult hoops and processes, but thanks to Cheryl everything was taken care of to our benefit.

Cheryl went above and beyond any expectations I had ever thought of having! I had a rough go with a bank dragging out the loan process and they kept making thing more and more difficult for myself during what was already a hard time, Cheryl helped me find a new lender and was in contact with me thru the whole experience and always answered my calls no matter what they were about at any time! She really outdone herself!
