Unprofessional Communication I reached out about a rental property while relocating from another state. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The listing advertised leasing options, but when I asked about scheduling a tour, I was told the property required a three-year lease commitment. When I asked for clarification, the responses became unnecessarily rude and condescending. As someone unfamiliar with their leasing process, I expected patience and professionalism when asking reasonable questions. Instead, I was told to scroll up and reread previous messages. Moving to a new state is already stressful enough without being made to feel uncomfortable for asking questions. Customer service and communication matter, and unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression.
