We had a great experience with Jessica Brown from Pink Realty. We bought while still on the East coast, knowing we were moving in a 3 month window. During one long weekend we flew to Colorado Springs and Jessica introduced us to the complicated real estate market, showing us homes from the farthest south east to the far northwest and letting us get the feel of all the areas, all the while patient and informative. Once we had settled on an area she kept us in the know on everything coming on the market and helped us make an offer on a great home in the school district we wanted. She has been a great help in recommending local resources, moving the process along and keeping us informed. She is knowledgeable and available phone and FaceTime and we highly recommend her, whether you are buying from a distance or locally. Thank you Jessica!

We have been renting from Pink Reality for about 2 years now. We rented our first home site unseen and signed all paperwork electronically from Alaska so we could move in directly upon arrival to the springs from Alaska. The process was smooth and easy. All the staff extremely helpful with paperwork and setting up lease signing over conference call. The Homeowner was selling the property we have rented for past 19 months and once again we both ended up being out of town for work. Pink was able to find us another rental property and line our dates up for an easy transition, all while both of us were out of town. We once again signed for our new property site unseen and did lease signed on conference call. Pink reality has really been able to accommodate our unconventional and unpredictable military lives and work with our family to get necessary paperwork complete even when 3,000 miles away. During the course of have Pink reality as our property management company they have been very punctual and timely in reaching out to homeowners about work orders when they have came up. Easily reachable and quick responses. The entire team we have dealt with over the past 2 years have been very helpful and professional. Would recommend Pink reality to friends or family moving to the springs looking for rental properties.
