Piatt Sothebys International Realty

If you're looking to buy or sell a home in the South Hills, let me save you some time: call Lauren Coulter and don't look back. Lauren is, without question, one of the most knowledgeable, professional, and effective real estate agents I've ever worked with. Her expertise in the South Hills market is second to none, and what truly sets her apart is her ability to provide honest, straightforward guidance while delivering exceptional results. From day one, Lauren developed a strategic plan that positioned our home perfectly in a highly competitive market. She helped us price it correctly, ensured every detail was addressed before listing, marketed it aggressively, and made sure other agents knew our property was available. Nothing was left to chance. Her preparation, communication, and attention to detail were simply outstanding. Selling a home can be one of the most stressful experiences a family faces, but Lauren's professionalism, confidence, and genuine care made the process feel manageable from start to finish. She didn't just list our home, she set our family up for success and delivered exactly the outcome we were hoping for. Simply put, Lauren earns five stars in every category: service, expertise, communication, marketing, and most importantly, caring about her clients. If you want a real estate professional who will advocate for you, tell you the truth, and work tirelessly on your behalf, Lauren Coulter is the only call you need to make. 5/5 Stars Trust me, you'll be grateful to have Lauren representing you during one of life's biggest decisions. She exceeded every expectation and turned what could have been a stressful process into a successful and rewarding experience. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We recently sold our home with Dina, and we are very satisfied with the experience. She knows exactly what matters most to successfully market, sell, and close a home, and she kept the entire process running like a well-oiled machine. I always felt confident that everything was being handled professionally and efficiently. Dina earned my complete trust throughout the process and was absolutely the right person to sell our home.

Lauren and Dina were absolutely amazing to work with on our process of selling our house! She was always available for our questions and helped us through every step of the way making it seamless! I would highly recommend working with her and her team!!

Lauren, Dina and Abby are an excellent team. As a seller, all expectations were exceeded and I highly recommend the team for any transaction. The process was seamless and I relied on their expertise as circumstances changed.

My wife and I welcomed a son to our world in December of 2025 and I started a new job in early 2026. So, naturally, we weren't seriously looking for a home...until we stumbled upon an Instagram page for a realtor whose focus was the South Hills. Although we weren't looking in earnest, we did know we eventually wanted to be south of Pittsburgh, and Dina was the perfect realtor to help us with that search. From her goofy Instagram videos, to her responsiveness, to her patience, to her knowledge, to her willingness to go above and beyond during the closing phase, we couldn't have found a better person for our search. If you're searching for a home in the South Hills, there truly is no one else. Do yourself a favor and slide into her DMs!
