Review I can say only good things about my experience working with Abby Daniels at the Coulter and Castillo group. As a first time homebuyer, I wasnt familiar with the steps to buying a home, and Abby took the time to explain every detail of the process right from the beginning. She walked me through the early stages of getting my search set up and getting preapprovals, and was with me through what turned out to be a long search for my perfect home and all the way through the finish line of closing on the perfect house. Abby was always responsive and flexible with her schedule even for last-minute showings or evening phone calls to answer all my questions. She listened attentively to my wants and didnt try to influence my search parameters like some other realtors I spoke to. When I had an offer accepted on a house with a complicated situation, Abby went above and beyond doing her due diligence to learn about the situation and make sure that I was protected and knew as much as possible about what I was getting myself into. Despite the drawn out and complex situation, Abby remained patient, kind, and committed to what was best for me. When that ultimately fell through, at no fault of Abbys, she was happy to continue showing me houses and never became frustrated about how long it took me to find my dream house. Abby was always happy to provide trusted recommendations that I used on multiple occasions, including lenders, inspectors, and contractors. Review I cant say enough good things about Abby Daniels. Seriously, is there a character limit? Abby did four deals with us in 2023. We bought two rental properties, and in an expected turn of events with a quick timing turnaround, we sold our house and bought our family dream home! Abby went above and beyond for EVERY single deal. She HUSTLES. She was a great communicator, saw so many properties with me, constantly fought for our interests, and made every purchase such a special, smooth and worry-free experience. We cannot thank her enough and she has no idea how much she means to our family!!! We will be doing more deals with her in 2024 and we recommend her to everyone we know!! We worked closely with Abby & Lauren when selling our house, and their high standards for showing made our house a cant-miss stand-out. She truly captured our house from all the right angles and made it show online like the warm and inviting home it is. Our home was under agreement in under 48 hours from listing. Unfortunately, the original buyers weren?t ready to own a home that was 90 years old. Not to worry, Lauren had new buyers lined up and ready to go the following day. Review Not only were we first time home buyers but we were moving into an area that was completely new to us, and we didnt have any idea where we wanted to live, we just knew we had to live within a certain radius of the city. Knowing nothing about the city or suburbs and not knowing anyone in the area, we truly had to rely on Laurens opinions and knowledge. Lauren was so patient with us as we looked at homes North, South, East and West of the city. Laurens knowdledge of every town we looked at, (which was a large geographic area) was comforting and it was real. Once we found a home we wanted, we closed in under a month thanks to Laurens connections with mortgage brokers and inspectors, and pure drive to get things done quickly and efficiently. When we go to sell our home, Lauren is the only option we would ever consider.

Review We met Lauren when we were looking for a home in the Bethel Park area. We needed to sell our home as well as purchase a new home. Our time line was rather short as we wanted to be in our new home before the start of the school year in August, and we signed with Lauren in March. Lauren came to our home, answered all of our questions, explained the process, and helped us to understand what would happen along the way. She sold our home within a week and negotiated to get the price that we wanted. She then worked very hard at finding us a home in Bethel Park in the price range we wanted. She was beyond patient with us, was a great listener, and found us the home we wanted. She then worked extra hard to coordinate all that needed to be done regarding the mortgage, appraisal, inspection, etc. so that we were able to close on both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home on the same day.
