Just wanted to share my realtor experience, because I?m super grateful that we found him. We tried to sale our Altoona house forever, we had a bad experience with a very popular realty company. After that, I did some research and found the best realtor in the world. Lol it?s true ... Mark Tyler with Perry Wellington rocks! He went above and beyond helping my family sale, locate the appropriate people to get our house sold in a quick amount of time, and find the best house to purchase to suit our family needs. He really was like a personal assistant. He returned every single call and text, he called people for me because I didn?t feel like it... that?s rare these days, and basically the world needs more Marks!

He was very patient, always keeping you updated, and there to answer any questions! He not only helped to sell our home but helped us buy our current home as well!

Mark was phenomenal. He spent over a year helping us find a good home for our family. He is remarkably patient, generous, honest, capable, and above all...helpful. He was never concerned with simply making a sale...his focus was finding a good fit for us. Whenever we had a question, or wanted to see a property, Mark was always able to help us. We just closed on a home we love, and were able to afford, thanks in no small part to his tireless efforts. We highly recommend Mark.

Dont know how to rate him made an appointment for 130 showed up at the house at 115 and he never showed called messaged him left a message stayed at the first house until 2 then went to the second house tried calling and nothing so I would like to thank him for wasting our time much appreciated never will contact him again

Mark went above and beyond to help us sell our home and purchase a new one. He helped us find better deals with banks, attorneys and homeowners and he got nothing from that. He?s very laid back and get it done kind of guy- exactly what my family needed... stress free working with Mark!!
