Penny helped us find the house of our dreams, and also sell 2 homes that we lived in prior to that. We looked at a lot of homes before we found the right one and she was always just a phone call or text away. She is ready to act fast and be proactive in a competitive market. She is down to earth but also experienced with common issues and how to remedy them. Any repair that you need she knows someone who can fix it. She works tirelessly and was a great advocate for us. Our showings werent easy with infant twins and she without hesitation took one of the kids so we could focus on the house and property. She even helped pick out paint colors for the new house! She knows what looks good. We hope we dont have to move, but we know who to call if we need to do. Would recommend 10/10!!!!

Penny helped us through our first home sale experience. It was a doozy! We wound up having a pretty negative experience with our attorney and the buyer's attorney. I truly don't know how we would have navigated it without Penny. She's professional, but very down to Earth, which made us feel confident and informed while still enjoying the process. Very personable. She was always reachable when our attorneys weren't. She's extremely knowledgeable about the local market and portrayed our home wonderfully in her listing. She also attends showings AND closing, which was reassuring to us considering we had already moved away. There was an issue at closing in which we were underpaid. Penny was the one to bring this to our attention. Everyone had been paid in full except us, but she stuck by us even after her obligation was fulfilled and helped advocate for us until the issue was resolved. I'd recommend her to anyone. Penny was prompt and flexible. We moved from 2 hours away. We were able to see multiple properties when we traveled and she was great about getting back to use information about properties and especially the ones we weren't good options with all the details so we saved a lot of time and gas. Her experience landed in something amazing and exactly where we needed to be.
