I can't think of enough positive things to say about Penny. As a Buyer's agent, she would have a set of responsibilities normally expected. My buying process took some odd turns because of documentary issues with the property, as well as some challenges with the seller side. In each case, Penny stepped up and solved problems created by others, and normally the responsibility of others, and did it with a lot of passion. One of those issues had the potential to sink the deal, again because of problems on the seller side, and somehow, with help from the buyer's attorney, pushed through it and found the way to make it happen. I deal with a lot of professionals in many areas of life, but I can say there are very few interactions where I believe that my advocate takes the success of my need as his or her personal responsibility. Penny was one of those. There were several occasions in which she could have backed off and started pointing me in other directions, but she refused to do that, and the result was a success in every measurable way for me. Above all, I think this aspect of my buying process is the primary reason I'd say anyone who has access to Penny should not consider anyone else. She's a Pitbull.
